The goal is effective resolution. Terry is an experienced leader and litigator and his approach to resolution is simple - thorough preparation leads to results. This is so in litigation and in alternative dispute resolution. 

Terry is Certified by the Florida Bar as a Specialist in Construction Law, which is a focus of the practice. Over 30 years, he has represented homeowners, lenders, developers, general contractors, and trades in disputes related to contruction financing; defect allegations; lien disputes; indemnity and insurance issues; regulation and licensing as well as organizational structure and business operations.

Before coming to Florida in 2005 (just in time for Hurricane Wilma), Terry had tried cases in PA and NJ (state and federal courts) and argued appellate matters as high as the NJ Supreme Court.

Outside of court, Terry is the father of 3 young adults. He enjoys acting in community theater, the Philadelphia Eagles and amusement parks.
